OuDek Tahini


Tahini is made from sesame seeds.

Tahini-based sauces are common in Middle Eastern restaurants, in addition to worldwide use.

Tahini is a key ingredient in the Mediterranean cuisine, which is made from crushed sesame seeds and has rather a nutty taste.

Tahini is an excellent source of copper, manganese and the amino acid methionine.

Tahini is a source of healthy omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.


We have three main types of our key brand " OuDek Tahini ".



  


It is also known as white tahini or ordinary tahina.



 


It is achieved by a different and lengthier process of roasting the sesame seeds.





It is made from slightly roasted and milled hulled sesame seeds.
